SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s).
- Orders may not ship within this time frame due to availability issues, lack of order information, billing delays, order verification process, custom products.
- Free Shipping: 20-25 Working Days
- Normal Shipping: 15-20 Working Days
- First Class Shipping: 10-15 Working Days

DELIVERY TIME DUE COVID-19
- All orders can be delayed up to 30 - 40 Working Days due to COVID-19
Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
- High season
- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order which requires customization.
- An order is shipped to remote country.
- Order security verification
In the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 30 days from receipt. Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In case you receive a defective/wrong sized item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer supports the return costs.
- For your convenience, we may choose to offer you a refund of 30% of the product value in exchange for the product to stay with you. This way, you avoid possible shipping costs and also save valuable time.
- Delivery fees such as DHL Express fees are not eligible for refunds.

LOOSHIE SHIPPING PROTECTION
Allows customers to buy the shipping protection for all orders. Looshie ensures the protection of customer's shipments in case of lost or stolen.
In order to apply for Looshie's Shipping Protection, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Looshie's Shipping Protection, you will receive an email with instructions on how to file a claim if necessary.

LOST ORDERS OR TRACKING ISSUES
- An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "delivered"
- If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of shipping days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made
How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim?
- United State orders - 15 days
- Other orders - 20 days
Claims for orders lost-in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.
- An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered," but not received
- Looshie asks that you wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim
Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.
